In terms of anatomy, her toes & hands look a little weird though.

Clever mix of your style of black strokes/outlines with lighting & shading. I really do like your style.
Anatomy could use some improvements, particularly the upper body in this piece (back, shoulder, arms & wrist positioning seems a little unnatural)

Great colour usage, lighting/shading, and overall great character shape.

There could've been a little more details added to the boots and coat, i think, like, seams, stitches, buttons, laces, etc. Maybe a couple whiskers on the face too.
I get that it's a stylized character, but the tail could've had a smoother curve to give it more of a natural aesthetic.

Still a pretty cool looking character!
